This was our first time hiring any sort of contractor and we really did luck out! If you are looking for a team that is honest and communicative of when they will come, what needs to be done, and giving realistic expectations of how long it will take, Dico and his team are great.
We only had one real issue that needed to be done (wall corner wasn't straight) and they addressed it right away! Also, any custom items we asked for (floor color, vent style), they made sure that what we what we wants, and that it was right and to our liking.
