Trying to get this contractor to do scheduled work is like pulling teeth. Excuse after excuse... It's been over a month and a half since this contractor was given a work order via Legacy Homes to fix a retaining wall in my yard and no one has showed up yet. Every time I call about this issue I get lame excuses "someone will get back to you" AND THEY NEVER DO, or "we are really busy and backed up", or "weather is an issue". I would not recommend this company or Legacy Home to anyone. They do not have any customer service values.

It looks beautiful, it has added thousands of dollars to our home value. The grading on our lot was challenging, they had to put swells in the yard to get the water to drain away from our foundation. We have had no water issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company for your retaining wall and excavating needs. John F.
