Very inexperienced workers that work mostly unsupervised. Full walls worth of material done incorrectly gone to waste. Deadlines were not met. Mistakes were made and the builder never admitted to being wrong, much less offer to fix issues or pay for unnecessary expenses incurred. Builder gets defensive when asked about discrepancies. Poorly installed sliding door. Walls are not anchored correctly and move a lot… will need to hire another framer to fix before sheetrock is put in. Very sloppy cuts. The sales person was amazing, though….before contracts and payments. Will not rehire.
