New Era (a father & son team) has not returned any of my calls or text messages since completing the job of pouring a 30'x 70' slab for my sport court in October 2022. It was not until our heavy rains did I discover that a large portion (25 - 30%) of my slab will not drain. Rain water settles/pools and makes the slab look like a lake. Still waiting to hear from them. I can't recommend New Era (Andres or Francisco) unless they fix the problem.
