I will never recommend this contractors new era pools owner’s will and his brother Brian stay away form this two brothers I had a really bad experience and they never finished my pool 5318 w Edgemont ave Phoenix.

I would NEVER recommend this company to my worse enemy. Will the owner dealt with my husband and I stayed out of it BIG mistake. Will gave my husband his phone number but NEVER answered it. His foreman John would finally call and worked with us because Will was too busy going to school to be a pilot just like his dad. When my husband would try to help them with a great solution they told him to butt out! He has over 10yrs working on tug boats in Hawaii and making tools work with in hours and not days,like we were told from this company. We were told soooo many lies about why something had to wait because of a very unprofessional reason. They started putting the final concrete on Thanksgiving day just before it started to rain. Some how they cover up were the light in the deep end would go,but NO one was there to check the work and they covered up the pipes so they couldn't put in the light in the deep end. We also have a leak on the back side of the waterfall. John finally got in touch with my husband 5-5-2020 to inform us he no longer works for New Era Pool. We paid Will in full on 2-5-20 because he needed it. and we both were raised our word is our bond! Obviously this company weren't bright up this way! I told my husband that I was going to handle this so he didn't have to worry anymore. And it looks like this is the only way to go. Sure hope you can help us! Sincerely Carol Barnak 808-286-0970
