    Kitchen Remodel
    $45,000

    We had a large scale kitchen remodel done this year and interviewed five contractors. We provided each with a rough drawing of our vision as well as our goals for the remodel. Three of the contractors were removed from consideration at the early stage as they seemed to like THEIR vision better than ours.

    Todd Volf, the owner of New Freedom Properties (NFP) and Nicole, the Project Concierge, took our rough drawings and goals and put a design and plan together inserting our ideas and needs, as well as provided additional recommendations to enhance the overall look and functionality of the kitchen. Their design along with their personable approach made our decision.

    The bid provided was reasonable and within our budget. They never asked what our budget was, which was refreshing.

    With contract signed, we worked closely with Nicole. She made appointments with all of the vendors based on our schedule and attended each meeting to assist us in making our selections. Her “decorator’s eye” and expertise were a tremendous asset. She was with us every step of the way from planning through final punch list items.

    The entire team who worked on our project were personable, professional and extremely attentive to detail. They were very respectful of us and our home. Our Project Leader, Felipe was an absolute joy to work with. We truly felt he worked on our home as if it was his own.

    The overall project finished two weeks ahead of schedule and every punch list item was completed to our satisfaction.

    Kudos to Todd and Nicole for giving us the kitchen of our dreams. The compliments we receive are to New Freedom Properties’ full credit.

    We decided to use New Freedom Properties after reading several reviews online and by having several companies come to our home to give us an estimate to completely remodel our first flooor. New Freedom was by far the best at providing a very detailed estimate and a reasonable time table. They stayed on schedule and were very flexible in accomodating all of our additional requests. All of New Freedom's employees were extremely professional, friendly, on time, and very respectful. I would like to specifically thank Alex for staying late a couple times. We were very pleased with their work ethic and knowledge of their specialty. We have recommended New Freedom to friends and I look forward to talking with them about my upcoming projects.

    We recently hired New Freedom Properties after a referral from a friend. They were expedient in giving us an estimate, ordering the materials, performing the work and the clean up. The price was very reasonable and was exactly what they originally quoted. We are definitely going to use them again and I would strongly recommend them.

    Excellant group to deal with. Bids were very reasonable and the work was undertaken and completed right on schedule. Oversight was appropriate and the crew with Alex as its lead were efficient and thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for any remodel or maintenance needs. I would definately employ them for any future projects I might have. My thanks to Ed and Kyle.
