Overall a very difficult experience. Poor communication and response to questions and concerns, very poor budget management and financial transparency. Contractor repeatedly missed completion dates for the project. Our home project took 22 months after ground-breaking to complete. Five months after occupancy many discrepancies remain unaddressed and ignored by the builder.
