My electric meter was nearly torn from the wall of my house. Julio saw the problem that a new power pole installation had run the electric wire around a tree. Swaying in the strong wind it was like jerking the line on a kite string. Julio showed up with a competent helper to replace the entire unit with an upgrade. They didn't complain about the 95 degree heat that day but just really worked hard. He returned all my calls. He was on time, had all the tools and replacement equipment. He had gotten the necessary permit, had PNM on notice to do the hookup to the new unit. He had the city inspector ready to inspect and everything passed. What a relief it was to have the work finished the same day. And they are honest. I made a mistaken overpayment of several hundred dollars. It was returned right away. It's hard to imagine a better group to have doing the job.
