I had my bathroom renovation done by New Generation "contractors". It was planned to be within 3 weeks and I am still trying to fix leaks, scam-level wood installations, lopsided tubs, shifting floors, cracking tiles, electricity that wont turn on for 8 seconds after you flip the switch. The list goes on and on. I am currently escalating to legal matters as to get my deposit back, I've hired a lawyer.

Watch out for this contractor as he is not a person of their word, and is pretty much is a complete amateur. Also does not use licensed people that come to do their work. I have endless documentation, images, videos, everything about it.

Also, the "owner", William, is completely unresponsive and dodges any and all calls possible to avoid the situation rather than work with us to fix it.

We've currently ripped out all the tiles out to re-do the subfloor and tiles while fixing the leak with a different contractor.
