They have a window division of their company, Ivies discount windows, and say the company is built on integrity, quality and customer satisfaction. They receive an F on all three! New Horizon construction does the window install and does not have the skilled labor to do the work. They don't keep customers informed about the status of their order and work, even if they have been waiting for completion for over 6 months. Their work is anything but quality and if you try to find out what is going on with your work, the owner gives you the runaround and then gets offended and drops your materials off (in filthy dirty condition)
and says "you'll need to find someone to install them." I've never been promised more and been so disappointed with anything like this in my life. I would not recommend New Horizon construction for anything!
