I am writing as an extremely frustrated consumer. My husband and I paid several thousands of dollars for roofing repairs in 2019 and continue to have a leak issue. We have tried contacting your company several times with no response. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable customer service.
I would appreciate a response from New Image Roofing and your company to stand behind their work and repair the issue we paid for repairing in the first place.
