Rich Keys also started Redding Landscape Co., ran around the Land Park subdivision taking fire victims money while promising to do work that he never completed and what he did do was shoddy and ruined grading on new homes. Do not trust or even think about having anything to do with this individual. He is dishonest and lacks any sense of integrity. I am forced to hire another contractor after paying Keys the entire amount of my insurance amount for landscape of my home. My next door neighbor suffers the same fate while even another neighbor has yet to clean up after the mess left by Rich Keys' company.
