stole my money give $3500 deposit never did the work i live in other state took advantage karl is a smooth talker he will rob you do not trust this man this started 02 15 2021 now july 2 no money no works done 0 very bad experience be aware

Hired Karl Koznoski to do a re-roof in 2015. Karl pulled the permit using contractor, Jeff Rayl's license. Karl ran out of material and wouldn't come back nor answer calls so we contacted Jeff Rayl. Jeff brought the rest of the material and Karl finished the roof but never called for a final inspection. Final inspection failed!! Placed numerous calls and sent texts to Karl and Jeff, but neither would return calls. Had to hire another contractor to fix Karl's mistakes so we could get the permit closed. Always Google names before hiring because these people have changed business names multiple times.

Installed a roof for me back in 2012. He said it would take a few days, but it tuned into over a week. His "crew" turned out to be himself and his wife. Two years later, I had other work done where the contractor had to pull permits. I was notified that I still had an open permit for my roof. When I contacted Karl at New Life Construction, his response was "Buyer beware!" Six years later (current date), I have a leak in the same area that caused me to hire him in the first place. STAY AWAY from New Life Construction or whatever name Karl is currently doing business as!

Completed work on my home to replace shingles. Less than a year later and they're falling off. Additionally, he left tons of old shingles and nails in the yard. Would not return our calls.

I would not hire these crooks to do any thing. They did a roof for my 80 year old mother who treated them better then she should gave them cold drinks took them to lunch and made lunch for them while they worked. They did not finish the job and had to hire someone else to fix their mistake's. Wanted a final payment before they were finished when I told them they will get the final once all the problems were taken care of never heard from them again. Do better research then we did Hire some one else. Stay away from Karl David Koznoski remember these fly by nights will use different names after they get so many complaints

STAY AWAY! Hired them to repair roof leaks, one of the leaks was not repair correctly. I called Karl, the owner, and he stated was coming back to check. It was the last time I heard from him as he didn't show up and didn't answer nor return my calls. You may get a lower estimate from him, but his world and honesty are non-existing. I'm a veteran and he stated that he served in the Marines, so I trusted him - Big Mistake!!!

Buyer Beware. They pulled the roofing permit, then never called for any inspections.
