I was in need of a new water heater. I submitted my claim and they were out 2 days later. The older gentlemen came to take pictures and he was such kind. Once I agreed to pay the difference, he was out 2 days later. Today, he had a younger gentleman with him. Although the work they did was good despite the rusty water that was left in my basement, the young tech stole something of mine. He asked if he could use my restroom. (thank god I have one in my shed). As soon as they pulled off, I noticed my personal item was taken. I then spoke with the supervisor and informed her. In return, she spoke with the head tech, and the younger tech denied taking my personal item. This was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and embarrassing on behalf of the company and the senior tech. My home warranty has been notified.
