    Bathroom remodel

    Very unprofessional and disrespectful
    Marcos told me that he could remodel bathrooms. I am in a two-story house when he finished with my bathroom. It was raining in my kitchen from the bathroom caused extensive water damage cost me thousands of dollars through a plumber and when I didn’t pay him the remaining balance, he tells me keep the damn money. God will take care of you

    This guy so called Marcos Rozas is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He literally got upset and said this is why he didn’t work for Latinos referring to myself. Discriminating my race and just because I told him I didn’t feel the estimate was accurate and I would like to look for another estimate with another company. He was trying to charge me for installation of my tv that is already wall mounted and the electrical aspect is done. Too bad I can’t show the text through here so everyone can see how disrespectful he was to me and I am pregnant and he literally saw me today at my home for this estimate. It’s okay to want a second estimate. That doesn’t make you Latin or American!

    This review is for Marcos from New Look Design Corp. He did the popcorn removal from my ceiling in my condo in Doral. They covered the floors and walls and removed all the popcorn from the ceiling. They then plaster, made the ceiling smooth and finally painted. He did an excellent job and highly recommend him.

    He submitted a very poorly presented bid, with no scope of work, hand written and ink stained. Not a document type but an invoice. When he was told bid was declined and why he began replying very rudely. I don't recommend this contractor, he behaved very unprofessionally.
