    I had a new quartz counter and floor installed in my kitchen. In bathroom, had a tub to shower conversion, new quartz countertops, and a new floor.

    Well, Over the years I have dealt with contractors with the same enthusiasm as an awaiting Colonoscopy.
    After meeting Lee and working with his family I have a renewed sense of how people are supposed to be treated and how business is supposed to be done .
    Lee provided information at every step of the project and if there were complications he let us know well in enough time for us to make any necessary adjustments. The communication is excellent.
    The work exceeded our expectations.

    I called new NMCS after finding them on the Wayne-Dalton.com Dealer List. I had issues with my warranty company giving me the run around and sending techs that didn't know how to service WD garage doors. Within about 5 questions Lee diagnosed my problem ordered the part and showed up the next day in the rain to fix the door.
    He was right about the issue, he was right on with his time estimate and he was true to the quote he gave over the phone. In a world of cruddy service Lee steps up and delivers.
    I will definitely be calling NMCS again for bigger jobs around the house.
