One year ago NPP installed me a new roof. A year later roof sprung a leak. Roof is under warranty. I called them multiple times, send them multiple emails in a period of one month. I've got no response. Does this company still exists? Bad, bad business.

Great experience with Brendan from NPP. He completed a small project for me (installing skylight cover on roof), and was very polite and professional. He completed the job quickly and with short notice. Highly recommend.

New Paradigm put on a new roof for me. Nathan was the rep and he was great - working through the process including all of the insurance paperwork. The install was great and Nathan has followed up to make sure everthing went as planned. I highly recommend NPP and Nathan.
