Whatever you do, do not hire this company to complete any work for you. At first the partnership started out strong but quickly deteriorated once they realized that they could not complete our casita build for the agreed upon amount due to inflation and an increase in labor costs. They abandoned our project leaving us with an open construction zone in our backyard (with a baby on the way) and nearly 30k to them for hardly anything to show for it. We have a pending ROC complaint open against them where they will likely loose their license. Don't make our mistake!
