Russell Higgins Vernaza
Sole Owner
Russell Vernaza is dishonest. He knowingly planted diseased trees (infected with insects and fungus) in my landscape, which I verified with the county department of agriculture. Russell had me "pre-pay" for plants from a nursery which I later learned was owned by his brother. My order was delivered stealthily without a receipt and when I counted the containers, it was clear, I was short changed.
I was also cheated on the landscape lights, getting half as many according to the plans.
Russell Vernaza is a ripoff artist, and it is impossible to stay on top of this guy constantly. You shouldn't have to. Better not to deal with him at all.
