I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Freddy's services, as my interactions with him have proven to be incredibly frustrating. Freddy's lack of professionalism and consistently discourteous attitude have made every interaction a challenge. Requesting his assistance often leads to unnecessary arguments, and he has no qualms about outright refusing to cooperate.
What exacerbates the situation is Freddy's apparent sense of entitlement and power trip. Despite being hired to provide assistance, he behaves as if he holds ultimate authority over my property. This power dynamic creates an uncomfortable and counterproductive environment, as he dismisses requests and insists on having the final say.
To compound matters, Freddy's rudeness intensifies the stress of the situation. Engaging with him has become a constant source of frustration, impeding effective communication due to his dismissive attitude.
Regrettably, my experience with Freddy has been far from satisfactory. I strongly recommend exploring alternative options, as his unprofessionalism and arrogance pose a threat to establishing any positive working relationship.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! Freddy is the worst contractor I have encountered so far in all my years as a developer. He is very unprofessional and rude. Needless to say the quality of work matches his attitude, its just not good. They agree up front to provide a certain quality of work then once paid they disappear and add cheap materials to property. They argue and curse went confronted about project timeline. They are unwilling to give projected project completion date when requested by owner. The quality of work and attention to details ends up costing owner more in the end. I can go on and on. Do your self a favor. Do not use these guys or Freddy Rodriguez, he is very difficult to deal with.
