    Throughout the construction process, there were few major issues, Frank discovered the building sewage has a small crack and he resolved with building plumber and the super, or we will need to remove the countertop and the cabinets in the future to perform the repair. He discovered the electrical pipe from the opened wall is feeding electricity to half of the apartment, when he brought up the issue to us, he already had 3 different solutions, amazing! I am glad that I came into contact with this company.

    I got the bid from several contractors but I finally chose New Space as they have the best pricing structure. Provide us a lot of flexibility for my 2-bedroom apartment. I have the opportunity to review the designers' portfolios and visited 2 of the finished apartments before signing the contract. New Space's work quality and the attention to detail are much better than other design-build firms I interviewed. I am glad that I found this company and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
