Doesn’t deserve a star. Jeff is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. We bought our home a year ago and have worked with many a contractor. We hired Jeff to make window awnings and what he said would be a 3 week project took 6+ months and still he didn’t finish we had to cut him off. He would say he would come by and when he did he would “work” for maybe 20 minutes and then take off. There would be weeks we wouldn’t hear from him. He would lie about when he would be done or what he was coming to “finish”. Lying is second nature to this guy. He also is very sloppy. We have paint stains dripped all over our porch and siding. Our metal awnings look terrible and now we have to pay someone else to fix what he did. He is super spacey and was very unprofessional and inappropriate. He took advantage of my fiancé’s kindness and didn’t deserve even half of what he was paid. I would not recommend Jeff to anyone. We even noticed that someone was posting the same good review on Nextdoor which we then flagged. I really don’t understand how people gave him the reviews above.

My husband and I couldn't say nicer things about New Spaces NW and the owner Jeff. We just moved into a new home and needed a fence. Jeff showed us photos of his work and with his expertise we were able to create the fence that would accent our new home as well as heavy duty and sturdy to last many years. The fence turned out beautiful and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend New Spaces NW to others.

Our experience was great. Jeff had lots of energy and made the project feel like it was under control. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Our dog loved him so much so that she wanted to leave with him. Other than that, I have hired them back for two other projects [hat went off without a hitch. I expect I'll use them again for our next adventure. Thank you Jeff.

If I could rated them a zero, I would have. Jeff was much more interested in telling us what we want versus listening to what we want. When we told him no, he flipped his lid and challenged me to a fight. Jeff is an unprofessional donkey whos license should be revoked.

Friendly, honest and in tune with our time table. Jeff and Dina provided an exceptional presentation that focused our attention on the details and we let them run with our project. We loved the new space and would recommend them to anyone considering a facelift for the house.
