By John H.August 1, 2017build a house$200,000
The process of buying our first home started out nice but after we moved in the problems began. When they poured they foundation for the house next to us, Kienstra the concrete company used our driveway and messed up our driveway which I had to fix. The seam on our kitchen vinyl came apart because a cheap product was chosen by the builder. The spray on grass is a joke and that is why they started laying sod for the other houses. The AC system (RUUD) us awful. I have had to pay $800 to fix an awful hvac system and I have not been here 4 years yet.

I had one of the best experiences in building with nth, and as long as you change your furnace filter and do not put salt on your driveway you will not have a problem
