Absolutely unreal. Meet this guy Jeff Merrifield, say please just communicate with me throughout this process, says he’s got me pencilled first job of may 2025, goes over the plans weeks earlier, says he’ll get me an estimate in a week…. GHOST. April into may and June, send this guy dozens of texts, probably 100 phone calls, and even find where he lives.. nothing. We didn’t even have an argument! And he put himself on my permit, so to get him off and get a new contractor, I had to call the county a bunch of times and submit a complaint with the contractors board. Then he replies to them in minutes. I can’t even put into words how much this guy sucks. The epitome of unprofessional. .. karma.
