This is the most unprofessional, dishonest contractor I have ever had to deal with. Keep in mind I have dealt with a full home renovation, and many subcontractors in Miami Dade. We Ermes Suarez ( the owner) with his business partner to build a pool, the project took over 1 year, and it was never finished. During the process, I had to hire a lawyer to get him to come in and finish my pool, and even like that he left without installing the water heater, left multiple tiles and areas of the pool that needed to be redone, and also left a mess on my backyard that I was financially responsible for. He did not answer the phone for months at a time, and when he did it he always had an excuse for why he did not do what he was supposed to. My advised to you is to hire anyone else but this person. Avoid the headache, and the time you will have to waste to get a mediocre job completed.
