I purchased my new Castle screens from Dave late last summer unfortunately when the fires broke out in the area where I live I wasn't able to use them until the early part of spring The best investment I've ever made to my home was the sun shades I am very happy with Dave's installation and great personality working with customers I must say that the shades block out so much sun that when I get home after work my house is never been so cool and I have shopped around and could not find anybody that installs sun shades I was referred by another friend to contact Dave at New Castle screen company Dave is very knowledgeable about the shades that he installs and knows everything there is to know about installing them and what should suit the home best

Unfortunately the owner of this business, Dave Elkan does not believe in finishing a project after receiving his payment. Over 9k in powered screens installed and he could not get one to roll down and promised to come back to finish up. Well, over a year later and text messages and emails with every excuse you could imagine I'M STILL WAITING.... He isn't even responding anymore as he has probably run out of lies to tell.

Dave Elkan came to our house in March 2022, took a large deposit, cashed our check, and we have never heard from him again. We have reported him to the California State Licensing Board and his contractor's license is now suspended. We have demanded our money back and have received nothing.
