My experience:
Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. They write up an estimate to do work. Which I had to chase them down for. Then at the last minute hits you with wanting a $1000.00 deposit that they never mentioned upfront. Totally screwed up the scope of work with the City Of Elmira. Setting me back to starting all over. They also Received a letter of guaranteed payment from the city. Which obviously wasn’t good enough. Isn’t Life hard enough to have to deal with a company such as this. Very frustrating & stressful indeed. Beware. Glenn the owner was very rude to a retired women. Not good
