That process can occasionally lead to miscommunication and slowing of progress. Here at NewLeaf, we put it all into one. Our president, Marie Peterson, single-handedly built her first house in 1990, and has been hand designing and building dream homes ever since. So not only can we design your home, we can build it, landscape around it, and even decorate it for you.
NewLeaf specializes in high quality residential design and construction, but has had experiences with many different styles of home. As far as we're concerned, no job is too big or too small.

Marie was the only one who was willing to work within my budget. From start to finish, she listened, gave us options, followed through, built a first class structure with wonderful surprises that added significant value. Everyone in her team is a true professional, performs to a high standard and cares about their part of the finished product. I'd hire them again.
