Do not under any circumstances hire Newman CO. The work done for us was both inferior AND unsafe. They installed a pocket door that scrapes against the frame so much that the door is now damaged. The $460 fire door installation is so bad that I can actually see the garage from the inside of the house! (not so fire safe) Additionally he improperly modified the door further rendering the door itself not firesafe The plaster job is so bad, I can see the drywall tape and metal corners on the surface of the wall. The tile guy refused to tile the floor because Newman insisted that he lay the tile on top of the wooden threshold . We had the wood removed and replaced with concrete so the tile could be properly installed. Thank goodness for the honest tile guy!
