Had roof repaired for my Business building last year. Own commercial buildings in Koreatown Los Angeles. This year around February and March, We had some water leaks . We contacted New Star Roofing company to take a look at the roof. As of May 7th, there still haven't come by. I guess once you get paid, there is no such thing called AFTER SERVICE for these guys. Don't work with them. They've been making excuses and haven't shown up for 2 months. And the roof is still leaking proving their quality of work isn't good either. If you see this message, please stop by and fix the water leak. We are still waiting.
