This turned out to be a scam in the end. I hired him for a full rehab. It started out great, but the owner Cordell turned into a habitual liar, became unresponsive and just untrustworthy. Please stay away. He's a salesman and will just lie to keep going. I almost didn't write a review but I don't want anyone going through what I went through
