RV Pad and sidewalk in backyard
    $3,500

Run! Run as fast as you can from this company! My husband and I have never seen such poor work ethic and follow through. We hired him in April and paid him a $550 deposit, he kept postponing the job for a variety of reasons. Finally in mid july he showed up and let us know he was starting which also meant he got the next $1000 of the job. He was here a couple hours one day and cut sod. He left the sod cutter on my grass in the back yard (we have a toddler) and his tools laying all over the grass, not even propped up against the fence. He disappeared for over a week, pushed back when he told us they were pouring. he made up excuses but bottom line was he had never come back to complete the forms. He would tell us he was coming to finish and never show up and the 2 times he did he worked for an hour, maybe 2. The final day he worked for us he hit a drain line, he did make us aware of this and let us know that his plumber friend was coming out to make sure it was fixed correctly. He disappears (still with his tools, sod cutter, palettes and piles of concrete and grass all over) and lets us know he will be back to do the forms and the pipe he hit has been taken care of. The weekend hits and Sunday our sewer starts backing up into the house. He didn't hit a drain, he hit the sewer. A real plumber came out and the entire pipe was blocked with dirt and broken pipe, because not only had her not dug out the dirt around the pipe but just shoved it down which cracked it. The plumber saved the video on a flash drive and stated this was a ridiculous mistake and he should have known better. Had he known what he was doing it would have been a quick and easy fix, but the damaged caused by him trying to fix it was going to be a $3500 job! We contacted Wes who stated this was our fault and he was made aware he was fired. Honestly this is the fastest we saw him move, he showed right up and got all of his crap off our lawn... just left the piles of concrete, dirt and sod all over. We have tried to get his insurance information - the insurance listed with DOPL doesn't have record of him. He wont respond. We should have gone with our gut and just ate the $550 deposit but were trying to help a guy out that seemed down on his luck. We have learned a very expensive lesson. So like I said RUN RUN RUN and find someone else!
