Have done 2 installs with this company after my husband met with atleast 5 other companies & the fact that they are local & only work with California Programs makes customer service after the install really efficient. They aren't just a company that is out there trying to get your business & move on to the next one. They stay with you every step of the way & make the process simple and educational as well. Sending 2 referrals their way with some family members before the benefits end in California.

I decided to move forward on 6/14 I was installed 7/2 right before independence day! I was able to show of my new system to my friends and family. My neighbor signed up with a different company almost 4 months ago and still hasn't been installed. Nothing but good things to say about Nexus.

Garbage!!! Salesman was smooth talking promising the moon and jumping over it to hide what he said. Took 3 days to install on my roof with 3 guys and myself helping finishing up the 3rd day at 10pm. 44,000$ spent and their wiring caught my power panel on fire and wouldn't send anyone to inspect for 4 days. Ongoing battle of phone and email tag and "sorry sir we just don't see how we can be at fault" I'd trust a drug addict more than Nexus. Should have an option for negative stars.
