    FRONT PORCH

THE OWNER NICK I. AND HIS SON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WITH US. THEY BUILT A BEAUTIFUL FRONT PORCH WITH RAILINGS FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROJECT AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

    Beware (especially seniors)

My husband and I had a staircase replaced by this NI company. Within a year or so there were hair line cracks on the concrete and now the stairs have fallen apart. We called NI and the owner came to check out our complain. He accused us of deliberately breaking up the steps. We are an elderly couple and have no children. There was no way that we would do such a thing and there is no one else here to do it either. We just ask him to please make good and to repair the steps. He promised to get back to us within a month or so. It has now been two months since we have heard anything from him. We have made numerous calls and left detail messages, but to no avail. He has never gotten back to us at all. We are going to write him a registered letter. Maybe he will get back to us then. If not, then we will have to try other means to have these steps repaired. We would hate to have this happen to others.
PS These concrete steps have been stained since the very first. The stains are getting worse as time goes on and now water seems to be getting into the newer cracks..

    Outdoor Stone Patio

    Disappointment

A family member of mine recently re-did there stone patio and hired this company. I am writing this review on there behalf, as they are very upset and refuse to let this go.

Shortly after these contractors had completed the stone patio, the patio started discoloring horribly. The discoloration that was forming on the actual stone pieces was so bad that it looked like pure rust had formed on every piece of stone!

The stone was recommended by this same contractor who they had purchased it from, and the contractor had told them that this stone would not dis-color at all.

When I went to check this out for myself at my family's home, I couldn't believe my eyes. The old patio before looked better then what this contractor did! It was a complete mess with horrible discoloration forming on every single stone!

After many phones calls with the owner of this company asking him to completely re-do the patio, he was not budging. He adamantly refused and therefore would not even give any sort of reimbursement.

This was truly a horrible experience for my family and I promised them I would write up this review about this contractor.

Word to the wise, stay away from this contractor!

Was cut off on the highway by one of their workvans and then had a cigarette flicked at me by the person in the passenger seat.
