    laundry floor

My original project was to only purchase 84 sq.ft. of Marmoleum floor tiles for a laundry room and I would install. After laying out the tiles in a checker board pattern I realized that this project was to much for me to complete.Knowing that this was such a small project I knew that I would pay a premium to have someone to install. I went back to Nic-Lor to ask them to give me a cost to install and on the same day Brady came out and gave me an estimate for less than I was expecting. He scheduled his crew the following day for install and we are very pleased with all of our dealings with this company and all of the employees that helped us with this process. I hired Nic Lor rather than general contractors, to remove old wood flooring from my kitchen and install a new one. Nic Lor did not remove a small section of the old floor because it was under a small piece of baseboard. This piece of old flooring prevented the new boards from going under the baseboard. So they cut the new boards short, creating a shorter line to the wall. Nic-Lor asked for an additional $300 to remedy this issue, then lowered their request to $150. I was lucky I had general contractors working in my kitchen. It took them approximately 10 seconds to remove the old baseboard, no effort for removing the old wood floors, and $50 to address the problem. So, if you are an expert that can tell your contractors what to do, when, and where, they did an acceptable job installing most boards. If you are looking for expertise to guide you through potential pitfalls, keep looking.
