    NICA responded with our request to build a customized deck in our backyard promptly. My wife and I had very specific design details that we wanted in the designs and NICA worked with us patiently to help us finalize the work. Once construction started, the crew was prompt with their work and provided updates regularly. They were very polite and the quality of the final work was very good. We would definitely engage them again for other remodeling work at our home.

    From the initial bid to the completed project working with NICA was by far the best experience I have had with any home improvement contractor! Communication on any project delays was excellent, crew arrive on time daily, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The finished project is wonderful, and have had only compliments from visitors on the finished product and the quality of the work. I have nothing but high praise for this company and its employees! Will gladly recommend NICA to others!

    Recommended to others. Good, personalized service. Price was a bit more than we expected due to a measurement error on the original bid, and some miscommunication with on site workers, but we worked everything out.
