    Niche’s sales team shows you flashy presentations and promises you the world, but when the workers actually show up, they tell you the sales team was wrong and you were told things that can’t actually be done. They have lots of problem paying their subcontractors. They do not follow the CA law stating it is illegal to request more than 10% of the total contract price up to $10k up front. They take your money and then ask for more when work actually begins. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THE OWNER, YAZ. AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
