Nick knows construction, however, he isn't organized and is easily distracted and then there is the matter of not paying his subs, which we ended up having to do so in some cases so were we able to get our permits finished and certificate of occupancy. Lesson with Nick is to never, never pay him before work is completed or you will be sorry. We are currently in litigation for us to get the money back we're owed. The subs used were fantastic and he had written them bad checks which They have given to me to use in lawsuit to get our money back. He is very good at making what he is saying is the truth, but when pushed he will try to distract you, but if you try verify he will not return your calls. Use him at your own risk.
