only shows up once a week with a new crew. 2 month old building trusses are
splitting out metal work closure strips missing, holes in paneling, bracing is done with scrap lumber pieced together. very poor quality craftmanship!

We started with Beehive March 2021 and we are still fighting with them to complete our job. I would NEVER recommend
-Our Experience-
We originally were assigned to a Project Manager named Rustyn who we expressed all of our interest and expectations through. After 3-months into the process we noticed that our calls and text were starting to be ignored for over 3 weeks. After calling the main office to see why Rustyn was absent we were finally provided awareness of Rustyn's firing. After this we would never receive a schedule or get to review our expectations with anyone else.
This led to the following challenges:
- Electrician wasn't ever supported as promised. A week before our project start date was to occur we were having to start cold calling for someone to support our build as Beehive just told us they didn't have one and we'd have to find one.
- Accounting office incorrectly handling our money. They never ordered our products where we established the entire build plan in June. This led to an email received from Beehive stating due to their "vendor" dropping the ball our garage doors were never ordered and now they would be requesting 25% more for the exact same product. We soon found out that they were overcharging us $1,250.00. This was highlighted after finding a third party(Garage Door Utah) which was able to price match our original purchase. When we stated this to Beehive they bashed the company stating they are not going to be able to get the doors in time. Well Garage Door Utah was the best service we received through the entire process and on time.
In addition, correcting their accounting office twice where we owed $18,000 more than they were asking but we were concerned on not getting products due to not having our build priced correctly. The second time was after finding a third party to provide garage doors. Beehive tried to take advantage of us by not deducting the garage doors that they openly emailed they dropped the ball on. This was a $8,500 charge that they were not taking off until we presented they were wrong AGAIN.
- Damages to our concrete due to delivering all of our wood on the "edge" of smaller slabs of concrete that were obviously not capable of supporting two bundles of wood to build an entire barn.
In addition, garbage acrued during the project was never maintained. We found in our destroyed landscaping broken razors and nails piled everywhere. We have a two year old, thank you for caring for his safety! The garbage piling led to breaking a panel on our fence from it sitting against it over 3 weeks. We had to notify the owner to remove the waist. We've wrote the owner Garrett 11-times addressing concerns and still have heard nothing to how they will take care of our home due to their neglect.
- Beehive's foreman named Jose yelled at my wife telling her how ungrateful we are and we are taking advantage of them. Stating that they never broke the fence nor the concrete when we have documentation with pictures (attached) and we had the owner(Garrett) physically come out and see the damages when they occurred.
Jose also stated we requested side work to be performed and never paid him and it was out of his pocket. This led to my 8th time leaving work to handle Beehives challenges/unprofessionalism. When we confronted Jose we were verbally assaulted being told to "F-off" in front of another sub. At this time we presented our cell phones where 6 text messages were directly to him with zero response and 4 phone calls un-answered over 5-weeks. Once he agreed that it was his number the body language of Jose and demeanor of being a tuff guy immediately changed. Our security cameras thereafter records him by our fence trying to measure the panel attempting to fix it. Note this is after 5 weeks nobody present. We requested Jose be removed from our property.
We are within our final week and we are more excited to get away from Beehive rather than actually enjoying a new garage we paid $60k for.
This will be updated upon final billing to present how beehive takes care of our home.
