Walk away from this HVAC contractor, Jason Nichols . He comes off very professional and polite, super smart he will eventually come and install your new system he sells you, but you will be left, hanging as to when he will come back to finish and after that final payment, you’ll have a lot of trouble getting him to service what you buy. After repeated conversations and things going wrong with my new system and hearing from other victims in this area I figured out that he just likes to sell and install new equipment and has no interest in doing actual service calls. I ended up hiring another company that was recommended by the manufacturer and they found some propane leaks as well as the pipes were not plumbed correctly to fit the zones in the house, causing heat and balances.
