Nick Tomic is out standing!!!
Reasonable rates, on time and went above & beyond the everyday job. We feel he is like family the way he watched out for us! We were renovating most of the house before moving into it. Nick over saw everything and went a step further in over seeing other areas that needed brought to our attention. He recommended the tile man, and the guy that did the granite, and work in other areas of the house.
We were so impressed ! He took very good care of us & our home, and watched out for us when other companies employees were here when we were not.
Nicks attention to detail is amazing. We had so much on our plate the summer he worked for us. I could call nick for measurements in other rooms and ask for little extras, like under mount kitchen lights, and securing our basement stairs at the drop of the hat for heavy deliveries going down, & other extras, that we did show our appreciation by & tipping him some extra cash.
He had brilliant ideas for cost savings as well.

We had a tile shower that was nothing but problems. Nick came in and put in a solid solution that integrates with our existing decorating scheme. The craftsman ship was outstanding. We have used Nick's services many times because he does excellent work at a very reasonable price. I trust him completely to do a great job. He has installed ceramic tile in our bathroom, added a closet to a den to convert it to a bedroom, remodeled one of our showers and rebuilt some of our kitchen cabinet doors to allow for a larger refrigerator. We feel confident when we use him that he will always meet our expectations.
