Nick''s flooring installed laminate flooring in my living room, dining room and kitchen. The installers were very polite and cordial but did not know what they were doing. Instead of mixing the colors so they blended as one floor, they put all dark planks together then all light planks together making the floor look like it is two different wood selections. Everyone that enters the house asks what happened to my floor and comments on the lack of professional expertise in installing the materials. I waited too long to ask for a refund, but did call them back and offered to pay a negotiated price to fix the errors. They will not even return my calls. Do NOT use this company, they not only don't know what they are doing, they refuse to revise or back up their work. Very unprofessional.
