DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is AWFUL. They do not return calls, they lie about what they will provide, they are HORRIBLE and I do NOT recommend them in any way shape or form. We asked for a new unit when this is the one we received (see pictures below). We asked for a new unit and were told it would take several months to come in, we were fine with that. We continue to call to follow up, leave messages, no return calls or when we did, they didn't even know who we were and we had to explain OVER AND OVER again what we were calling about. Two and a half months into this ordeal and now we're told that they never ordered another unit and that they would not be replacing it. They tore up our attic when they installed the A/C interior unit. They didn't connect the ducts correctly and we had to have them back out THREE times after installing our BRAND NEW UNIT. If I could put ZERO STARS, I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am renting and had a lot of trouble with the air. The Property Manager (PM) brought a few HVAC companies to evaluate and determine the next steps. Nick's was on the project when the PM gave the green light. Everything they told me happened: they came out immediately to see the system and game plan. The following day a crew arrived and replaced the entire system (unit and air handler) within four hours. The team was communicative, did some troubleshooting when things were not working, and hauled a giant air handler out and back up an old tight staircase.
The team stayed until they were very polite and sure the new system was working.
The next day I received a follow-up from Nick to ensure the unit was operating, and I was happy.
I would 100% use them again. Easiest fix ever.
