So far so good. Contractor has been professional in every way, and I am satisfied with work. Job still in progress, but I am confident this company will pull through for me. I have 3 more properties currently in Jan. I'm hoping I can rely on this contractor. I'm investing on 2 more properties before next fall. I will compare work scope quotes for similar contractors. Bank financing requires me to get mult. Estimates. I am satisfied with pricing of current contract with nicoletti electric. I would recommend their service

Kept stating he needed money up front for supplies, then didnt show up for 2 weeks with excuse after excuse... worked 1 day, said he would be back the next day. Gave him more money to finish the the job because I wasnt going to be around... he didnt show back up for another 3 weeks, holding up my renovation... He also subbed out some of his work and then had to fix it because it wasnt done right. Totally unreliable, took my money and still hasnt come back to finish the job.
