Currently building our 6 beds, 4.5 bath home in Daly City, CA. After speaking to 10 different general contractors, Nicotim Construction was the most reasonable with their estimate and offered the shortest construction timeline. After clearing the bank requirements for our construction loan, demo and construction began. Demolition of our old house with City inspection took only a week or two to finish. Construction of our new house began in November 2021 and by the end of January 2022, Nicotim Construction is already finishing our new house. Nicotim Construction has gone above and beyond with our home build despite the lack of details on our approved architectural plans. We highly recommend them especially for a new home build as they are reasonably priced, fast, attentive to details, and worked with us in every step of the construction process.
