    If you aren't concerned about workmanship and cut corners Dan is your man. Our project was left with issues he was unwilling to address. Twice he said he would come out, twice he cancelled. We were finally forced to hire another contractor to
    finish the one room project. Only than did he say he would come out to fix and finish the job. No thanks a little to late. Worst experience with a contractor ever.
