Not good. It's been two years since we had laminate flooring put in and we can't stand it. Not a good product. It's cheap and "plastic". They laid the flooring over my existing parquet floor in my den. We can hear that hollow sound when walking over it and it very, very hard to keep clean. Over time it began to bubble and push up. The bubble was the size of a golf ball. I called them to come take a look and they refused to pull up the floor to see what the issue was. They wanted a plumber to check for water leaks first. I called a leak detector service and I had to pull up the floor myself. The leak service stated there was no water leak. We called Nieman Interiors again and it took months to respond. Once here there worker said all he was instructed to do was "patch" it with cement. I told him that was a big negative and an improper way to repair the issue and was unprofessional. I dismissed him. At this time, we're having the entire flooring pulled up and replaced. Other contractors are telling me that the floor was laid improperly. The bottom line is I do not recommend this company. Too many problems and I'm tired dealing with them. We feel we were taken advantage of. Don't waste your time and money. Keep looking for professionals. They're out there. Somewhere.
