My retired mom hired this contractor to do her small kitchen and living room remodeling. A project he said he could complete in 3 weeks it's been 2 months. Poor work and she had to fight every step of the way for things to be right. When he was installing my mom's small kitchen he bought only a few cabinets filling in a corner with 2×4 where s cabinet was soppose to be and installed small shallow wall cabinet above the refrigerator rather than installing a above refrigerator cabinet. A shallow wall cabinet over the refrigerator loosing half her cabinet space. She complained about it and told him he has to get the right cabinets and she went to her room. Instead of fixing it, he took her cabinet shelves and doors, her dog door which was partially installed, her trim for kitchen, her cabinet doors and her gas cable she just bought for her stove and left. My mom paid for the installation of the cabinets and 33% upfront and CA law only requires 10% for initial deposit. We will be filing a civil lawsuit and pushing for a criminal charge. Farzad is his name and his Truck has Nikaro Construction but his name is not on this license on buildzoom.
