    I hired this guy to do a home project 10 months ago, but he never even started it. I already paid him a large sum of money for the work, but he kept saying that he was "unable to get a permit". Eventually, he told me that he supposedly couldn't get a permit for the work, and now after all this time, nothing has been accomplished and I'm trying to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anybody.

He's a great craftsman and professional , very knowledgeable , goes for perfection , he gives you extra , he's flexible and very accommodating , a really great person and contractor to have working for you . The price is right and you get a lot for it . I can not say enough good about him . I am very very happy

    My experience has been nothing less than amazing. Everyone was kind and Courteous and really cared about my needs. I also got the pleasure to meet Niki and he did some of the work himself. That guy really cares about his Customers. I have done multiple projects and will continue to use them. I highly recommend to everyone.
