Nivo Solar of Arkansas LLC, I am a Nivo customer, my panels were installed on 09/19/23, the install went very smoothly with no problems except my roof was steeper than the installers were told so it took an extra day. The panels look good except the mounting rails are exposed which to me isn't as nice as my neighbor down the street whose mounting rails are covered at the ends. I can live with that however my panel are still sitting idle and I do not know when I will be activated, this is something that is not explained clearly upfront. It is ultimately up to your current power supplier when your panels will be activated which in my case is Entergy of Arkansas. So if you are contemplating going Solar please ask this up front as I have $44000.00 dollars invested in Solar Panels on my roof that have produced no power yet, 31 days. This is very frustrating to me because I need them to be producing now as my Entergy Bill is soaring form the hot summer we had in Arkansas.
